| 【摘要】 目的 探讨分析负压封闭引流联合湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO) 序贯治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效。方法
选取 2019 年 4 月至 2021 年 8 月宁乡市人民医院收治的 36 例Ⅲ期压疮患者作为研究对象, 并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组 (18 例) 与对照组 (18 例), 观察组患者局部创面采用负压封闭引流联合 MEBO 序贯治疗, 对照组患者局部创面采用负压封闭引流联合凡士林油纱序贯治疗, 对比观察两组患者临床疗效、创面新鲜肉芽组织出现时间及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗 30 d 时, 观察组患者中痊愈 13 例、显效 5 例, 明显优于对照组患者的痊愈 7 例、显效 5 例、好转 2 例、无效 4 例 (Z = - 2.431, P = 0.015); 观察组患者创面新鲜肉芽组织出现时间为 (7.40 ± 2.33) d、创面愈合时间为 (33.56 ± 5.90) d, 明显短于对照组患者的创面新鲜肉芽组织出现时间(15.78 ± 3.17) d、创面愈合时间 (44.78 ± 10.30) d (t = 9.037、4.010, P 均 < 0.001)。结论 负压封闭引流联合 MEBO 序贯治疗Ⅲ期压疮, 可有效促进创面愈合, 缩短创面愈合时间, 疗效显著, 临床应用价值较高? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of vacuum sealing drainage and MEBO in the treatment of stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer. Methods 36 patients with stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer, admitted to People’s Hospital of Ningxiang from April 2019 to August 2021, were enrolled as research subjects, and divided, using the random number table, into study group (n = 18) and control group (n = 18). The local wounds of patients in study group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage and MEBO sequentially, while the wounds of patients in control group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage and Vaseline gauze sequentially. The clinical efficacy, time of fresh granulation tissues appearing and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results On day 30 of treatment, 13 patients were cured, 5 patients were markedly effective in study group, much better than that in control group (Z =- 2.431, P = 0.015)- 7 patients were cured, 5 patients were markedly effective, 2 patients were improved, 4 patients were ineffective. The time of fresh granulation tissues appearing and wound healing time were respectively (7.40 ± 2.33) days and(33.56 ± 5.90) ddays in study group, which were significantly shorter than the corresponding (15.78 ± 3.17) days and (44.78 ± 10.30) days in control group (t=9.037 and 4.010, both P< 0.001).Conclusion The sequential therapy of vacuum sealing drainage and MEBO for patients with stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer can effectively promote wound healing, shorten wound healing time and realize good curative effect, presenting high value of application in clinical practice. |
