【摘要】目的 探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)在糖尿病足患者局部创面治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年2月至2020年2月新乡市第二人民医院收治的120例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),观察组患者局部创面予以VSD联合rhEGF治疗,对照组患者局部创面单纯予以VSD治疗,对比观察两组患者创面疼痛程度、经皮动脉血氧分压、肉芽组织出现时间及治疗4周时创面愈合率?结果治疗2周时,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(t=10.958,P<0.001)),经皮动脉血氧分压明显高于对照组(t=6.353,P<0.001);治疗期间,观察组患者创面肉芽组织出现时间明显早于对照组(t=8.547,P<0.001);治疗4周时,观察组患者创面愈合率明显高于对照组(t=7.039,P<0.001)。结论VSD联合rhEGF可有效减轻糖尿病足患者创面疼痛程度,改善创面局部微循环,缩短肉芽组织出现时间,提高创面愈合率。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( rhEGF) in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Methods 120 patients with diabetic foot, admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Xinxiang from February 2018 to February 2020, were enrolled as research subjects and then divided, using the random number table, into observation group ( n = 60) and control group ( n = 60). The local wounds of patients in observation group were treated with VSD combined with rhEGF, whereas the local wounds of patients in control group were treated with VSD alone. The degree of wound pain, percutaneous arterial partial pressure of oxygen, time of granulation tissue appearing and wound healing rate at week 4 of treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results At week 2 of treatment, visual analogue scale (VAS) score of patients was significantly lower in observation group compared with control group
(t=10.958,P<0.001)), and the percutaneous arterial partial pressure of oxygen was significantly higher than control group(t=6.353,P<0.001);during the course of treatment, time of granulation tissue appearing was significantly earlier in observation group compared with control group(t=8.547,P<0.001);at week 4 of treatment, the wound healing rate was significantly higher in observation group compared with control group (t=7.039,P<0.001)?Conclusion VSD combined with rhEGF in the treatment of diabetic foot can significantly alleviate patients’ pain, improve their local microcirculation, and accelerate the growth of granulation tissues, thus improving the wound healing rate. |
