| 【摘要】病理性瘢痕主要包括瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕, 不仅可影响患者的外部美观, 而且还可造成局部功能障碍。 如何选择简单、 有效、 创伤小的方法预防及治疗病理性瘢痕是临床研究的热点。 近年来, 瘢痕内药物注射因较传统手术操作简单、 疗效好、 损伤小而被广泛应用于病理性瘢痕的治疗, 但被应用于瘢痕内注射的药物种类较多, 且临床疗效报道不一。 为更好地指导皮损内药物注射在病理性瘢痕治疗中的应用, 本文对常用药物进行

| 【Abstract】 Pathological scars mainly include keloids and hypertrophic scars, which can not only affect the appearance of patients, but also cause local dysfunction. How to choose a simple, effective and minimally invasive method to prevent and treat pathological scars has been intensively studied in clinical research. In recent years, intrascar drug injection has been widely used in the treatment of pathological scars as it is easy to operate, can realize good curative effect and result in less damage compared with traditional surgeries. However, there are many kinds of drugs that can be used in intrascar injection with different reported clinical efficacies. In this context, this paper made a review on some commonly used drugs with the aim of facilitating the application of intralesional drug injection in the treatment of pathological scars. |
