| 【摘要】 负压封闭引流 （VSD） 因能够通过聚氨酯或聚乙烯醇敷料、半透膜、负压引流装置构筑的密闭空间及时充分引流，排出创面分泌物及坏死组织，控制创面感染，加速肉芽组织再生，促进创面愈合，被广泛应用
于烧伤创面的治疗， 且具有操作简便、 疗效可靠等优点。 本文主要针对 VSD在烧伤创面中的应用研究进展进行综述， 以期为VSD在烧伤创面治疗中的进一步完善提供理论依据。 |

| 【Abstract】 Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) has been widely applied in the treatment of burn wounds since the enclosed space constituted by its components of polyurethane or polyvinyl alcohol dressing, semi?permeable membrane and negative pressure drainage device is favorable for the prompt and adequate drainage of wound secretions and necrotic tissues, infection control and growth of granulation tissues, and thus facilitating wound healing. Moreover, it is easy to operate and reliable in terms of curative effect. In this context, this study made a review on the research progress on the application of VSD in burn wounds, with the aim of providing theoretical reference for the better application of VSD in the treatment of burn wounds. |
