【摘要】 目的 探讨红外线照射在下肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法 选取 2020 年 11 月至 2021年 11 月常德市第一中医医院收治的 106 例行手术治疗的下肢骨折患者作为研究对象, 根据术后康复治疗方法将其分为观察组 (53 例) 与对照组 (53 例), 对照组患者术后单纯行常规康复锻炼, 观察组患者术后在常规康复锻炼的基础上联合应用红外线照射, 对比观察两组患者患肢肿胀程度、疼痛程度、膝关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者术后 4 周患肢肿胀程度明显轻于对照组 (Z = - 2.213, P = 0.027)、疼痛评分明显低于对照组 (t = 6.772, P < 0.001), 术后 6 个月膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组 ( t = 6?? 638, P < 0.001), 而并发症发生情况与对照组无明显差异 (χ2= 3.824, P = 0.051)。结论 下肢骨折术后在常规康复锻炼的基础上联合应用红外线照射辅助治疗, 可明显促进下肢骨折患者术后患肢肿胀消退? 缓解疼痛? 提高膝关节功能恢复效果。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of infrared irradiation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 106 patients with lower limb fracture, admitted to Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were enrolled as research subjects, and then divided into study group (n = 53), receiving routine rehabilitation exercises plus infrared irradiation after surgery, and control group ( n =53), receiving routine rehabilitation exercises alone after surgery. The swelling condition, pain score, knee function of the affected limb and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group at week 4 after surgery, the limb swelling condition of patients in the study group was significantly milder(Z = - 2.213, P = 0.027) and the pain score was significantly lower (t = 6.772, P < 0.001).The knee function score of patients in the study group at month 6 after surgery was obviously higher than that in the control group ( t = 6.638, P < 0.001). There is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of occurrence of complication after surgery (χ2=3.824, P = 0.051). Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation exercises, the adjunctive application of infrared irradiation after surgery for lower limb fracture can significantly promote the regression of swelling of the affected limb,alleviate pain, and improve the rehabilitation effect of knee functions of the affected limb. |
