          【摘要】目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年4月至2021年4月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的76例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例),观察组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合rb-bFGF治疗局部创面,对照组患者单纯采用rb-bFGF治疗局部创面,对比观察两组患者临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗20d后,观察组患者中治愈22例、显效7例、有效5例、无效4例,明显优于对照组患者的治愈13例、显效8例、有效6例、无效11例(Z=-2.320,P=0.020);观察组患者创面愈合时间为(28.06±5.85)d,明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(34.46±7.30)d(t=4.217,P<0.001)。结论与单纯应用rb-bFGF相比,湿润烧伤膏联合rb-bFGF治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效更好,创面愈合时间更短。

          【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 76 patients with diabetic foot admitted into The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from April 2019 to April 2021 were enrolled as research subjects, and then divided into study group ( n = 38 ) and control group ( n = 38 ) based on different treatments they received. The local wounds of patients in the study group were treated with MEBO combined with rb-bFGF, while the local wounds of patients were treated with rb-bFGF alone in the control group. The clinical efficacy and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results After 20 days of treatment, 22 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective in the study group, which was obviously better than that in the control group (Z = - 2.320, P = 0.020) -13 cases cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective and 11 cases ineffective. The wound healing time of patients was (28.06±5.85) d in the study group, being significantly shorter than the corresponding (34.46±7.30) d in the control group ( t = 4.217, P < 0.001). Conclusion Compared with the alone application of rb-bFGF, the combined application of MEBO and rb-bFGF can realize better therapeutic effect and shorterwound healing time.
