          【摘要】 目的 探讨特应性皮炎患者血清载脂蛋白 (Apo) A1、ApoB、ApoE、白细胞介素 (IL) -4、IL-10、长链非编码 RNA00324 (Linc00324) 的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 选取 2018 年 8 月至 2021 年 1 月鹿邑真源医院收治的 180 例特应性皮炎患者 (设为特应性皮炎组), 以及同期于鹿邑真源医院接受健康体检的 100 名健康体检者 (设为对照组) 作为研究对象, 对比两组研究对象血清 ApoA1、ApoB、ApoE、IL-4、IL-10 及 Linc00324水平, 分析血清 ApoA1、ApoB、IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平与特应性皮炎的相关性以及 ApoA1、ApoB 水平与IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平的相关性。结果 特应性皮炎组患者血清 ApoA1、IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平均明显高于对照组 (t = 2.574、15.077、18.257、89.225, P = 0.011、P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001), ApoB 水平明显低于对照组 (t = 9.013, P<0.001), ApoE 水平与对照组无明显差异 ( t = 0.079, P = 0.937)。Spearman 相关系数分析结果显示, 血清 ApoA1、IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平与特应性皮炎呈显著正相关性 ( r = 0.417、0.359、0.403、0.552, P 均<0.001), ApoB 水平与特应性皮炎呈显著负相关性 ( r = - 0.362, P<0.001)。Pearson相关系数分析结果显示, 血清 ApoA1 水平与 IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平呈显著正相关性 ( r = 0.511、0.523、0.623, P 均<0.001 ), ApoB 水 平 与 IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水 平 呈 显 著 负 相 关 性 ( r = - 0.535、- 0.412、- 0.549, P 均<0.001)。结论 血清 ApoA1、ApoB、IL-4、IL-10、Linc00324 水平均与特应性皮炎的发生发展密切相关, 可作为特应性皮炎早期诊断与病情评估的生物学指标以及病情防控靶点。

          【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum apolipoprotein (Apo) - A1, ApoB, ApoE,interleukin (IL)-4, IL-10, and long non-coding RNA00324 ( Linc00324) in patients with atopic dermatitis, and their clinical significance. Methods 180 patients with atopic dermatitis ( atopic dermatitis group) and 100 healthy people underwent physical examination ( control group), in Luyi Zhenyuan Hospital from August 2018 to January 2021 were enrolled as research subjects. The levels of serum ApoA1, ApoB, ApoE, IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 of patients werecompared between the two groups, and the correlation between the levels of ApoA1, ApoB, IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 and atopic dermatitis, and the correlation between the levels of ApoA1 and ApoB and the levels of IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 were analyzed. Results The levels of serum ApoA1, IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 of patients in the atopic dermatitis group were obviously higher than that in the control group (t = 2.574, 15.077, 18.257 and 89.225, P = 0.011, P < 0.001, P <0.001, P < 0.001), the level of ApoB were significantly lower in the atopic dermatitis group (t = 9.013, P < 0.001), but the levels of ApoE of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference ( t = 0.079, P = 0.937). Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum ApoA1, IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 were positively correlated with atopic dermatitis (r = 0.417, 0.359, 0.403 and 0.552, all P < 0.001), the level of ApoB was negatively correlated with atopic dermatitis (r = - 0.362, P < 0.001). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum ApoA1 was positively correlated with the levels of IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 (r = 0.511, 0.523 and 0.623, all P < 0.001), and the level of ApoB was negatively correlated with the levels of IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 (r = - 0.535, - 0.412 and - 0.549, all P < 0.001). Conclusion The levels of serum ApoA1, ApoB, IL-4, IL-10 and Linc00324 were all closely correlated with the occurrence of atopic dermatitis, and they can be used as biological indicators for the early diagnosis and disease evaluation of atopic dermatitis, and as the targets of preventing and controlling the disease.
