| 【摘要】 给予 2020 年 6 月 25 日成都大学附属医院收治的 1 例大面积沥青烧伤患者在营养支持、调控血糖、纠正水电解质紊乱等对症支持治疗的基础上, 局部创面采用液体石蜡油清除附着沥青后应用烧伤再生医疗技术治疗。治疗 31 d 后, 创面基本愈合, 患者出院。 出院后 2 周随访, 愈后皮肤外观及功能恢复良好。 |

| 【Abstract】 One patient with extensive bitumen burns admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University on June 25, 2020 were treated with MEBT/ MEBO following bitumen removal with liquid paraffin on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including nutrition support, blood glucose regulation, and correction of water-electrolyte disturbance. After 31 days of treatment, the wounds were basically healed and the patient was discharged from hospital. The follow-up two weeks after discharge found the healed skin in good appearance and functional recovery. |
