| 【Abstract】 In recent years, with the continuous advancement of puncture technologies and devices, the continuous spinal anesthesia (CSA) can achieve much better clinical efficacy in the intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia of low-level orthopedic procedures with the advantages of rapid onset effect, good analgesic and muscle-relaxing effects, long anesthetic maintenance and easy-and-simple operation. This paper made a review on the research progress of CSA in the field of orthopedics with the aim of better guiding the application of CSA in the intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia in orthopedic procedures. |
