| 【摘要】 目的 探讨清创缝合联合湿润烧伤膏治疗臀部Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法 给予 2018 年 12 月至2020 年 1 月北京市宣武中医医院收治的 24 例臀部Ⅳ期压疮患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用清创缝合联合湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面, 观察治疗效果。结果 24 例患者创面均完全愈合, 愈合时间为 30 ~ 72 d, 平均 43 d; 治疗结束后随访 1 个月, 24 例患者均未复发。结论 清创缝合联合湿润烧伤膏能够有效促进臀部Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合,疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of debridement, suture and MEBO in the treatment of buttock pressure ulcer of stage Ⅳ. Methods 24 patients with buttock pressure ulcer of stage Ⅳ admitted into Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of TCM between December 2018 and January 2020 were given the systemic comprehensive treatments, and the local wounds were treated with debridement, suture and MEBO. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results The wounds of the 24 patients were all healed completely, the healing time was 30 - 72 d, with the average of 43 d. During the follow-up one month after the treatment, none of the 24 patients suffered the recurrence of ulcer. Conclusion The combined application of debridement, suture and MEBO can effectively promote the wound healing of buttock pressure ulcer of stage Ⅳ, and the therapeutic effect was definite, worthy of clinical popularization. |
