| 【摘要】 给予 2020 年 10 月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的 1 例上肢毁损伤患者在对症支持治疗的基础上,局部创面行湿润烧伤膏、自体微粒皮种植、骨钻孔治疗, 治疗第 82 天创面基本愈合, 愈后皮肤轻度瘢痕增生,肘关节、腕关节功能大部分恢复。出院后随访 6 个月, 愈后上肢形态饱满, 肘关节屈伸功能完全恢复, 腕关节及手指屈伸、旋转功能大部分恢复。 |

| 【Abstract】 One patient with upper limb smashed wound, admitted into Beijing Fengtai District TCM Hospital in October 2020, were given symptomatic and supportive treatments, and the local wound was treated with MEBO, autologous micro-skin grafting and bone drilling. On day 82 of treatment, the wound was basically healed with mild scar hyperplasia on the healed skin, and the functions of elbow joint and wrist joint were almost restored. During the follow-up six months after discharge, the healed upper limb was plump in appearance, the flexion and extension of elbow joint recovered completely, and the flexion and extension, and rotation function of wrist joint and fingers were basically restored. |
