          【摘要】 目的 探讨本体感觉训练在髌骨骨折术后康复中的应用效果? 方法 选取 2019 年 7 月至 2021 年 7月河南大学第一附属医院收治的114例髌骨骨折患者作为研究对象, 采用交替分组法将其分为观察组 (57例)和对照组 (57例),观察组患者张力带内固定术后在常规康复训练基础上行本体感觉训练,对照组患者张力带内固定术后单纯行常规康复训练, 对比观察两组患者膝关节功能、平衡能力以及日常生活能力。结果 干预 2 个月后, 观察组患者膝关节主动活动度 (AROM) 为 (118.82 ± 17.46)°, 明显大于对照组患者的AROM (99.56 ±17.80)°(t = 5.832, P < 0.001); Lysholm 评分为 (90.13±4.01) 分、Berg平衡量表 (BBS) 评分为(42.58±4.10)分、Barthel 指数评分为(84.60±3.27)分, 明显高于对照组患者的 Lysholm评分(79.53±3.97)分、BBS评分(36.70±3.46)分、Barthel指数评分(80.70±3.09) 分 (t = 14.182、8.275、6.545, P均< 0.001)? 结论本体感觉训练可明显提高髌骨骨折患者术后膝关节活动度, 促进膝关节功能恢复, 改善平衡能力及日常生活能力。

          【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of applying proprioceptive training in the postoperative rehabilitation of patellar fracture. Methods 114 patients with patellar fracture admitted into The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University between July 2019 and July 2021 were enrolled as research subjects, and divided into study group ( n = 57) and control group (n = 57) using the alternate grouping method. Patients in the study group received the routine rehabilitation exercises plus the proprioceptive training after the tension band fixation, while patients only underwent the routine rehabilitation exercises after the tension band fixation in the control group. The knee joint function, balance ability and activity of daily living of patients were compared between the two groups. Results Two months after intervention, the active range of motion (AROM) of knee joint of patients was (118.82 ±17.46) °in the study group, which was obviously larger than the corresponding (99.56±17.80) °in the control group (t = 5.832, P < 0.001), and the Lysholm score, Berg balance scale (BBS) scoreand Barthel index score of patients in the study group were respectively (90.13 ±4.01) points, (42.58±4.10) points and (84.60 ± 3.27) points, being markedly higher than the corresponding (79.53 ± 3.97) points, (36.70 ± 3.46) points and(80.70 ± 3.09) points in the control group (t = 14.182, 8.275 and 6.545, all P < 0.001). Conclusion The proprioceptive training can significantly enhance the range of motion of knee joint of patients with patellar fracture, promote the recovery of knee joint functions and balance function, and improve patients’ activity of daily living.
