          【摘要】 目的 探讨医用杀菌液体敷料联合湿润烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效。方法 选取 2016 年10 月至 2022 年 10 月汉中市铁路中心医院收治的 44 例Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者作为研究对象, 按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组 (22 例, 47 处压疮创面)和对照组(22 例,46处压疮创面)。观察组患者采用医用杀菌液体敷料联合湿润烧伤膏药纱换药治疗, 对照组患者单纯采用医用杀菌液体敷料换药治疗, 对比观察两组患者治疗 60 d时的临床疗效以及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗60d 后,观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组 (Z = - 2.530, P =0.011),治愈率明显高于对照组 ( χ2= 6.286, P=0.012)。观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组 ( Z =- 3.323, P < 0.001)。结论 与单纯应用医用杀菌液体敷料相比, 应用医用杀菌液体敷料联合湿润烧伤膏更能明显缩短Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者创面愈合时间, 临床治愈率更高, 疗效更显著。

          【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical effect of medical antimicrobial liquid dressings combined with MEBO in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅱ - Ⅳ pressure ulcers. Methods 44 patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ pressure ulcers, admitted to Hanzhong Railway Central Hospital from October 2016 to October 2022, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using the random number table, into study group (n = 22, 47 pressure ulcers) and control group (n = 22, 46 pressure ulcers).Patients in the study group were treated with medical antimicrobial liquid dressings and MEBO, while patients in the control group with medical antimicrobial liquid dressings alone. The clinical effect and wound healing time were compared between the two groups during 60 days of treatment. Results After 60 days of treatment, the clinical effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group ( Z = - 2.530, P = 0.011), and the healing rate was much higher in the study group (χ2= 6.286, P = 0.012). The wound healing time in the study group was much shorter than that in the control group (Z = - 3.323, P < 0.001). Conclusion Compared with the alone application of medical antimicrobial liquid dressings, the combined application of medical antimicrobial liquid dressings and MEBO can significantly shorten the wound healing time of patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ pressure ulcers, and realize a higher clinical cure rate and more satisfying clinical effect.
