| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的临床疗效。 方法 给予 2020 年 8 月至2022 年 8 月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的 20 例乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死患者局部创面于蚕食清创术后采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗, 观察皮瓣血运恢复及创面愈合情况。 结果 治疗 1 周后, 所有患者坏死皮瓣血运均完全恢复; 治疗 3 周后, 所有患者创面均完全愈合。 结论 湿润烧伤膏可明显促进乳腺癌根治术后坏死皮瓣血运恢复, 加速创面愈合, 值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of MEBO in the treatment of skin flap necrosis after radical mastectomy. Methods The local wounds of the 20 patients with skin flap necrosis after radical mastectomy, admitted to Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022, were treated with dressing change of MEBO after encroaching debridement, and the blood supply recovery of skin flap and wound healing condition were observed. Results After one week of treatment, the blood supply of necrotic skin flaps was completely restored in all patients; after three weeks of treatment, the wounds were healed completely in all patients. Conclusion MEBO can significantly promote the recovery of blood supply of necrotic skin flaps after radical mastectomy and accelerate wound healing, worthy of clinical promotion. |
