          【摘要】 目的 分析探讨面部痤疮瘢痕超脉冲 CO2 点阵激光术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏治疗的临床效果。方法 选取 2018 年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月龙岩市第一医院收治的 70 例面部痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象, 按照不同治疗方法将其分为研究组 (35 例) 与对照组 (35 例)。研究组患者超脉冲 CO2 点阵激光术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者超脉冲 CO2 点阵激光术后创面应用 Dermatix Ultra Gel 硅凝胶治疗, 对比观察两组患者皮肤肿胀情况、瘢痕严重程度、皮肤健康状况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果 首次激光术后 2、4 d, 研究组患者皮肤肿胀程度评分均明显低于对照组 (t = 4.296、4.138, P 均<0.001); 激光治疗 5 次后, 研究组患者痤疮瘢痕权重评分以及棕色斑、毛孔、纹理、紫质、红色区、紫外线色斑评分均明显低于对照组 ( t = 2.837、2.025、2.136、3.744?3.559、6.246、5.850, P= 0.006、P= 0.047、P= 0.036、P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001); 激光治疗 5次后, 研究组患者中显效22例、有效12例、无效1例,明显优于对照组患者的显效 14 例、有效 17 例、无效 4例 (Z= -2.052, P= 0.040); 治疗期间, 研究组患者不良反应发生率为 11.43%, 明显低于对照组患者的不良反应发生率 31.43% (χ2 = 4.158, P= 0.041)。结论 面部痤疮瘢痕超脉冲 CO2 点阵激光术后应用湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面, 能够明显减轻创面肿胀程度, 改善瘢痕增生情况及皮肤健康状态, 降低不良反应发生风险。

          【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO on wounds after ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser operation for facial acne scars. Methods 70 patients with facial acne scars admitted to Longyan First Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were enrolled as research subjects and divided, according to the different treatment methods they received, into the study group (n = 35) and the control group ( n = 35). After the ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser operation, the wounds of patients were treated with MEBO in the study group, and the wounds of patients in the control group were treated with Dermatix Ultra Gel. The skin swelling condition, scar severity, skin health status, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results On day 2 and 4 after the first laser operation, the skin swelling scores of the patients were significantly lower in the study group compared with the control group ( t = 4.296 and 4.138, both P< 0.001). After five laser operations, the acne scar weight scores and the scores of brown spots, pores, texture, violet texture, red areas, and ultraviolet discoloration of the patients were significantly lower in the study group (t =2.837, 2.025, 2.136, 3.744, 3.559, 6.246 and 5.850, P = 0.006, P = 0.047, P = 0.036, P<0.001, P<0.001, P<0.001, P<0.001). After five laser operations, 22 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective in the study group, which was much better than that in the control group (Z = -2.052, P = 0.040) - 14 cases markedly effective, 17 cases effective, and 4 cases ineffective. During the treatment course, the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.43% in the study group, which was statistically significant lower than the corresponding 31.43% in the control group (χ2 = 4.158, P = 0.041). Conclusion The application of MEBO on local wounds after ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser operation for facial acne scars can significantly reduce the degree of wound swelling, improve scar hyperplasia and skin health, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
