【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of postoperative multimodal analgesia in patients with complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 92 patients with complicated anal fistula who were admitted for surgical treatment from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into study group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to different postoperative analgesic methods. The pain, tramadol use, sleep quality, hospital stay and complications of the two groups were compared and observed. Results At 6, 12, 24 h and 3 and 5 days after surgery, the VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05), the use of tramadol in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the hospital stay in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Results Multimodal analgesia could reduce postoperative pain, improve sleep quality, shorten hospital stay, and reduce complications in patients with complex anal fistula. |
