【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and investigate the application effect of moist burn ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the postoperative treatment of high-level complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 100 patients with high-level complex anal fistula admitted from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to different postoperative wound treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. Healing time and complications. Results On the 7th day after surgery, the scores of edema and exudation in the study group were lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05), and the scores of granulation tissue growth in the study group were lower than those in the control group (all < P 0.05) on the 5th, 10th and 15th days after surgery. The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the postoperative wound healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group at 3 months after surgery (P>0.05). Conclusion Moist burn ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath fumigation in the treatment of high-level complex anal fistula can reduce the degree of edema, exudation and pain of the postoperative wound, and effectively promote wound healing, with significant curative effect. |
