【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of moist burn ointment in the treatment of incision after cesarean section. Methods: According to the random number generated by the computer program, 80 cases of cesarean section in 2023-1~2024-6 and 40 cases in the traditional group were treated with conventional wound treatment: 40 cases in the analysis group were treated with moist burn ointment wounds; The incision healing indexes, incision pain scores and treatment safety of different regimens were compared. Results: The incision redness and swelling and healing time in the analysis group were shorter than those in the traditional group, P<0.05. The pain scores of the analysis group at 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, and 48h after surgery were lower than those in the traditional group, P<0.05. The safety of the analysis group was higher than that of the traditional group, P<0.05. Conclusion: In the incision treatment after cesarean section, the application of moist burn ointment is more advantageous than the conventional wound treatment plan, which can not only quickly improve the redness and swelling of the incision, but also reduce the incision pain, reduce the probability of infection, and shorten the incision healing time. |
