【 Abstract 】 Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of regenerative medical technology on chronic refractory wounds. Methods: 40 cases of chronic wounds treated in Hainan District People's Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into basic dressing change group and MEBO group, with 20 cases in each group. The basic dressing change group was treated with vaseline gauze, while MEBO group was treated with MEBO. The granulation tissue, wound area and wound healing rate of the wound were compared and observed before treatment, the third day, the seventh day and the 21st day. Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, independent sample T test was taken in the two groups. The granulation tissue in MEBO group was compared before and after (t=1.731, t=3.644, P=0.012, P=0.000), the wound area was treated on the 21st day (P=0.000), and the wound healing rate was compared on the 3rd and 21st days (p = Observing the curative effect of the two groups, the total effective rate was higher than that of the basic dressing change group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 (P = 0.004), χ 2 = 13.192a). Discussion: MEBO group can effectively improve the wound healing and shorten the healing time compared with the basic dressing change group, and it is simple in clinical operation and standardized in clinical treatment, which is worthy of clinical application. |
