          目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏在多重耐药感染性创面治疗中的创新应用方式及其取得的疗效突破。方法 选取北京市昌平区中西医结合医院外科2020年10月至2024年10月内收治的多重耐药感染性创面患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规抗感染及创面处理措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用湿润烧伤膏治疗。对比两组患者创面处理方法、创面愈合时间、感染控制情况、疼痛程度及不良反应等指标综合评估细菌培养阴性率和综合临床疗效。结果 多重耐药细菌培养阴性率,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组综合临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 湿润烧伤膏在多重耐药感染性创面治疗中的创新应用为临床治疗提供了新的有效手段,对多重耐药感染性创面可有效促进创面愈合,控制感染,减轻患者疼痛,且安全性较好,具有显著的疗效突破,具有较高的临床应用价值。

          Objective: To explore the innovative application method and efficacy breakthrough of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of multi-drug resistant infectious wounds. Methods: 50 patients with multi-drug resistant infectious wounds admitted to the surgery department of Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to October 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted conventional anti-infection and wound treatment measures, and the observation group was treated with MEBO on the basis of the control group. The negative rate of bacterial culture and the comprehensive clinical efficacy were comprehensively evaluated by comparing the wound treatment methods, wound healing time, infection control situation, pain degree and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Results: The negative rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria culture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The innovative application of MEBO in the treatment of multi-drug resistant infectious wounds provides a new and effective means for clinical treatment. It can effectively promote wound healing, control infection, relieve pain of patients and has good safety for multi-drug resistant infectious wounds, with significant efficacy breakthrough and high clinical application value.
