          【摘要】 目的 探讨分析湿润烧伤膏联合水胶体及纳米银敷料治疗腹部瘘口感染的临床疗效。 方法 选取2016年3月至2023年3月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的12例腹部瘘口感染患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在常规对症支持治疗基础上给予瘘口于坏死组织清除后行湿润烧伤膏+水胶体敷料+纳米银医用抗菌敷料换药治疗,观察瘘口皮肤和黏膜对接或愈合情况。 结果 12 例腹部瘘口感染患者均实现瘘口皮肤和黏膜对接或愈合,且无明显瘢痕增生及挛缩,对接或愈合时间为 18~ 79 d (平均 38.58 d),随访 4~ 6 个月均未复发。 结论 在常规对症支持治疗基础上给予腹部感染瘘口行湿润烧伤膏+水胶体敷料+纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗,能够有效控制瘘口感染,促进瘘口皮肤和黏膜对接,疗效显著。

          【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with hydrocolloid and nano?silver dressings in the treatment of abdominal fistula infection. Methods 12 patients with abdominal fistula infection admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to March 2023 were enrolled as research subjects. Based on conventional symptomatic and supportive treatments, the fistulas of patients were treated with MEBO, hydrocolloid dressings, and nano?silver medical antibacterial dressings after debridement of necrotic tissue. The apposition or healing of the fistula skin and mucosa was observed. Results All 12 patients with abdominal fistula infections achieved skin and mucosal apposition or healing of the fistula site, with no significant hypertrophic scarring or contractures. The apposition or healing time ranged from 18 to 79 days (average: 38.58 days). No recurrence was observed during 4 to 6 months follow up. Conclusion On the basis of conventional symptomatic and supportive treatments, the combination of MEBO, hydrocolloid dressings, and nano?silver medical antibacterial dressings, can effectively control abdominal fistula infection and promote the apposition and healing of fistula skin and mucosa, demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
