| 【摘要】 给予2023年2月张家港市第三人民医院收治的1例合并有重度营养不良的Ⅳ期压疮患者在敏感抗生素抗感染、调整水电解质紊乱、肠内外营养以及心理疏导等对症支持治疗的基础上，局部创面于清创后行负压封闭引流与湿润烧伤膏序贯治疗。治疗45 d后，创面新鲜肉芽组织生长良好，行皮簇种植术，并于术后继续行湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。皮簇种植术后 3 周, 创面基本愈合。出院后随访3个月，创面完全愈合，愈后皮肤未见明显瘢痕增生。 |

| 【Abstract】 One patient with severe malnutrition complicated with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer was admitted to Zhangjiagang Third People’s Hospital in February 2023. On the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including sensitive antibiotics for anti-infection, correction of water-electrolyte disturbance, enteral and parenteral nutrition, and psychological counseling, the local wound was managed with sequential vacuum sealing drainage and MEBO after debridement. After 45 days of treatment, fresh granulation tissue grew well, and skin cluster grafting was performed, followed by the dressing change of MEBO. Three weeks after skin cluster grafting, the wound was basically healed. At three-month follow-up after the discharge, the wound was completely healed, and no obvious hypertrophic scarring was observed. |
