| 【摘要】 目的 分析探讨肌内效贴在单纯性肋骨骨折患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2020 年 4 月至 2023年 4 月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的98例单纯性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象, 按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例), 观察组患者行肌内效贴+弹力肋骨带+氟比洛芬治疗, 对照组患者行弹力肋骨带+氟比洛芬治疗, 对比观察两组患者疼痛及睡眠情况、临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗7、14、28 d 后, 观察组患者视觉模拟评分法 (VAS) 评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI) 评分均明显低于对照组 (VAS 评分: t = 5.039、8.591、4.679, P 均<0.001; PSQI 评分: t = 7.057、4.219、7.301, P均<0.001); 治疗 28 d 后, 观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组 (Z = -1.992, P = 0.046)。治疗期间, 观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组 (χ2 = 4.780, P= 0.029)。 结论 给予单纯性肋骨骨折患者在弹力肋骨带外固定+镇痛药物口服治疗基础上加用肌内效贴, 能够有效改善其疼痛程度及睡眠质量, 减少并发症的发生, 疗效显著。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Kinesio taping application in patients with simple rib fractures. Methods 98 patients with simple rib fractures admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from April 2020 to April 2023 were enrolled as research subjects. Patients were divided into the study group ( n = 49) and the control group (n = 49) based on different treatment methods. Patients in the study group were treated with Kinesio taping combined with elastic rib belt and flurbiprofen, whereas patients in the control group were treated with elastic rib belt and flurbiprofen. Pain levels, sleep quality, clinical efficacy, and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Respectively after 7, 14 and 28 days of treatment, the visual analog scale ( VAS) scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (VAS score: t = 5.039, 8.591 and 4.679, all P<0.001; PSQI score: t = 7.057, 4.219 and 7.301, all P<0.001). After 28 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (Z= - 1.992, P = 0.046). During the treatment period, the occurrence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( χ2 = 4.780, P = 0.029). Conclusion On the basis of elastic rib belt external fixation and oral analgesic medication, the addition of Kinesio taping can effectively alleviate pain, improve sleep quality, reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with simple rib fractures, and achieve significant therapeutic outcomes. |
