| 【摘要】 目的 分析中药封包热熨联合循经火龙罐在腰椎骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。 方法 选取2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 1 月南阳市第一人民医院收治的 112 例腰椎骨折后路减压椎间植骨融合术后患者作为研究对象, 按照不同干预方法将其分为研究组 (56 例) 与对照组 (56 例), 研究组患者在常规康复锻炼基础上行中药封包热熨与循经火龙罐, 对照组患者仅行常规康复锻炼, 对比观察两组患者疼痛程度、腰椎功能及障碍程度。结果 干预第 7、14、21 天, 研究组患者疼痛程度均明显轻于对照组 ( t = 5.481、7.278、6.635, P 均<0.001);研究组患者干预 3 个月后日本骨科协会 ( JOA) 评分明显高于对照组 ( t = 7.309, P< 0.001)、干预 6 个月后Oswestry功能障碍指数 (ODI) 评分明显低于对照组 ( t = 5.236, P<0.001)。结论 在常规康复锻练基础上应用中药封包热熨与循经火龙罐可有效减轻腰椎骨折患者后路减压椎间植骨融合术后疼痛程度, 并提高腰椎功能恢复效果。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with meridian fire dragon cupping in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with fracture of lumbar vertebrae. Methods 112 patients with fracture of lumbar vertebrae admitted to Nanyang First People’s Hospital from March 2022 to January 2023, who received posterior decompression and interbody bone graft fusion for fracture of lumbar vertebrae, were enrolled as research subjects and divided into the study group (n = 56) and the control group (n = 56) according to different intervention methods. Patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with meridian fire dragon cupping on the basis of conventional rehabilitation exercises, whereas patients in the control group received only conventional rehabilitation exercises. Pain levels, lumbar vertebrae function, and disability levels were compared between the two groups. Results Respectively on days 7, 14 and 21 of intervention, the pain level of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t = 5.481, 7.278 and 6.635, all P<0.001). The Japanese OrthopaedicAssociation (JOA) score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 3 months of intervention (t = 7.309, P<0.001). The Oswestry disability index (ODI) score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t = 5.236, P<0.001) after 6 months of intervention. Conclusion On the basis of conventional reha-exercises, the application of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with meridian fire dragon cupping
can effectively reduce the pain after posterior decompression and interbody bone graft fusion in patients with lumbar vertebral fractures and improve the function recovery of lumbar vertebral. |
