Mycobacterium marinum infection is an uncommon cutaneous infection, the conventional treatment course is long and easy to relapse. We report a case of necrotizing fasciitis caused by Mycobacterium marinum admitted to Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in June 2021.On the basis of oral administration of the western medicine rifampicin, ethambutol and the traditional Chinese medicine Tuoli Xiaodu Tang, combined with surgical debridement and vacuum sealing drainage to remove the carrion. Continuous wound dressing change with MEBO after operation. The wound healed after 6 weeks of combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine, and there was no recurrence in 3 years of follow-up. |
